Tamam is the Executive Director of Mouvement Social since 2016.
Her expertise in developing, translating and aligning strategy with organizational vision and goals even in times of crises, allows her to drive transformational change resulting in long-term financial and operational sustainability and growth.
She was the head of Handicap International's mission in Lebanon between 2010 and 2016.
And she previously held managerial positions in Save the Children Sweden and Movement Social between 2000 and 2010.
Tamam has a large technical experience in the fields of organizational development, active citizenship, youth engagement, inclusive local development, children’s rights, inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities and advocacy mobilization of Civil Society Organizations.
